Plan Usage

  • Data Values
    • When you create a table, the number of Data Values = (# rows) x (# of columns)
      • File columns and null/empty values are included in Data Value totals
    • Data Values accessed through Views don't count towards your Data Value usage
    • When you delete a table, row, or column, your Data Value usage will be reduced
    • Hunni generated column values (Hunni IDs, Created On, Last Updated On) don't count towards your Data Value count
  • Files
    • Files are files uploaded to rows in tables
    • Your file usage count goes up by 1 for any file uploaded to a row in a table
    • Replacing an existing file in a row with a new file will not increase your file count
    • Files accessed through Views don't count towards your file usage
    • When you delete a file from a row, or delete a table containing files, your file usage count will be reduced
    • Files uploaded through the API that are not associated with a table after 24 hours are deleted
    • The current maximum file upload size is 50mb. If you need larger files, please contact us.
  • Active Users
    • Active users are the number of unique users that currently have access to your assets
    • Internal users within in organization always count towards your active user count unless they've been deactivated or deleted
    • External users count towards your active user count if they have access to any asset created on your account
      • If an external user has access to more than one of your assets, that user counts as 1 active user
      • If you remove an external user's access to your assets, your active user count will be reduced by 1
      • External users sharing assets to your account do not increase your active user account, unless you are also actively sharing to them
    • The below diagram is an example of how active users are calculated. The 3 yellow circles and squares represent internal users and assets, the black circles represent external users and assets, and the lines represent who has access.
      • All three internal users count as active users, even the one that doesnt have access to any internal assets
      • The three external users that have access to your assets count as +1 active users each, regardless of the number of assets they have access to.
      • The external user on the bottom is sharing an asset to one of your users, but doesn't have access to any of your assets, so they are not an active user.
