Creating File Groups

what are file groups? file groups are groups of files that can be shared in the same way as other assets using files groups, you can quickly import multiple files at once file groups can be shared internally or externally ( sharing guide docid\ wxarsa1adsjtkwnbi1ztf ) external users can add/remove files from files groups by granting them write access 1\ go to desired file group location in the assets dashboard first, you'll want to navigate to where you'll want the file group to be stored in your folders in the assets dashboard you can always change an asset's location later by selecting the asset and click the edit > location button 2\ select new > file group button once you are in your desired file group location, click the new button in the top right of the asset nav window and select file group from the dropdown 3\ name your file group 4\ add files you can add files to your file group by dragging and dropping them into the preview window or expanded grid you can also select "new" in the expanded grid to upload a single file
