You can manage access to your assets in the Manage Access menu located in Security. 
You can also select an Asset from the Assets Dashboard and click the Security button at the top right of the window to take you directly to the Security Dashboard for that asset.

You can manage access by Organization, Connection, or Asset.
You will only see Organizations and Connections you are actively sharing Assets to
You will only see Assets where you have owner Access
Once you make your selections, you can either delete or edit access for the selected users.

To share assets to new users, you can use the Share Assets﻿ menu.
