Workflow and Tasks
The Workflow Dashboard allows you to track and manage workflows in Hunni. Workflows are comprised of Tasks.

In the My Workflows menu, you can view active and closed workflows for your outbound connection requests.
- The current task is shown in the Current Task column.
- If your org has connection approvals turned on, the first task will be Connection Approval.
- Once an internal approver has approved the connection, the next task will be Inbound Connection.
- If an approver declines the connection, the workflow will be closed.
- A Workflow status can be Pending, Cancelled, or Closed.
- Pending: The workflow is pending, you can click into the workflow to see the owner of the current pending task
- Cancelled: The workflow has been cancelled
- Closed: The workflow is closed. Closed means it was either completed or declined.
- The Result Column shows the final outcome of the workflow.
- Approved: The connection was approved.
- Declined: The connection was declined, either by the approver or the recipient. Click into the workflow for more details.
- Cancelled: The workflow was cancelled by the initiator.

There are two types of Tasks in Hunni:
- Inbound Connection: When someone sends you an inbound request to connect, you must accept that request
- Connection Approval: Business subscribers that choose to enable this feature can assign approvers to approve outbound connections.
When you have a pending Task, a red indicator will appear in the right side of the top banner with your # of pending tasks. You can manage your tasks in the My Tasks section of Workflow.

Clicking into a task will open the Task Details pane on the right side of the screen. From there you can approve or decline the inbound connection or connection approval.
Declined Inbound Connections: When you decline an inbound connection, they are added to your Blocked Connections list. They will not be able to share with you again unless you remove them from the list.
