Reports give you insight into who can access your assets and their access levels, user activity, and sharing activity.
- All reports can be downloaded to CSV using the button in the top right of the grid.
- Drag column headers to/from the grouping row to group by specific columns.
- Search grid data using the search bar and filter by specific column using the filter row beneath column headers
There are currenty three report dashboards.
- Active Permissions - Available for all users.
- This report shows all active permissions to assets you own.
- Admin users on Business accounts will see an Admin View Toggle. Admin View shows all active permissions across all assets within your account across all users. Only admins can see Admin View.
- If a user that previously had access to one of your assets no longer has access, they will not appear on this report.
- Access Activity - Available for all paid accounts.
- This report shows user activity relating to assets you own. Activity Types Include:
- Retrieved Table/View/Model Data
- The asset was displayed to the user anywhere in the web portal, including preview/test grids, or was downloaded via the Excel add-in.
- Downloaded Table/View CSV
- The asset was downloaded from the web to a CSV.
- Admin users on Business accounts will see an Admin View Toggle. Admin View shows all access activity across all assets within your account across all users. Only admins can see Admin View.
- Sharing Activity - Available for Business accounts.
- This report shows sharing activity for the assets you own.
